4. Terms of account

TERMS Your first three orders are paid by credit card up front — we ship once payment has been received. After three completed orders your account moves to Net 30 from the invoice date. For larger accounts we may ask for trade references or set a credit limit before terms are granted.

INTEREST 1.7% per month on outstanding balances (20.4% per year), plus reasonable collection costs actually incurred.

COLLECTIONS Accounts remaining unpaid after 90 days may be referred to a collection agency without further notice.

We use the information on this form to open and administer your account — orders, delivery, invoicing, payment and credit — and to contact you about them.
