Featuring a 14-inch chrome-plated carbon steel blade and a ½ HP motor, the EDGE14 ensures smooth, consistent slicing for meats, cheeses, and vegetables with minimal effort.

 

With a Poly-V belt drive system, the EDGE14 enhances slicing performance, extends belt life, and reduces maintenance costs. Its anodized aluminum construction ensures maximum sanitation, with a removable carriage system and product deflector for quick and easy cleaning.

 

For enhanced operator safety, the slicer includes a permanently mounted ring guard, no-volt release, and a rear-mounted removable meat grip with a contoured handle for added control.
