The AFS 460 belt derinder is designed for artisanal and medium-sized companies, offering a wide range of applications and two processing speeds for maximum versatility. This combination machine can be used in “open” mode with a carriage table for manual operation or in “closed” mode with a height-adjustable pressing device and carriage belt for fully automated processing.
In belt operation, the AFS 460 delivers efficient automatic derinding of all pork cuts, including cheek, belly, and loin, as well as fat on the shoulder and ham. When used in open operation, it is ideal for manual derinding of round cuts such as ham, shoulder, or knuckle. The AFS 460 is also well suited for the precise and careful skinning of poultry cuts, ensuring both flexibility and consistent product quality across diverse applications.
