Featuring a 13-inch chrome-plated carbon steel blade and a ½ HP motor, the EDGE13 ensures smooth, consistent slicing of meats, cheeses, and vegetables with minimal effort.

 

Equipped with a Poly-V belt drive system, the EDGE13 enhances slicing performance while extending belt life and reducing maintenance costs. Its anodized aluminum construction ensures maximum sanitation, with a removable carriage system and product deflector for quick and easy cleaning.
