The Hobart 84145 Food Cutter is a heavy-duty, high-speed cutter designed to quickly and efficiently process meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. With a 5 lb. capacity and 14-inch stainless steel bowl, this cutter ensures uniform chopping, mixing, and emulsifying, making it ideal for delis, restaurants, and food processing operations.

 

The 84145 features double cutlery-grade stainless steel knives rotating at 1,725 RPM, providing precise, consistent cutting for salads, spreads, breadcrumbs, and more. The stainless steel bowl rotates at 22 RPM, ensuring even distribution of ingredients. Built with a one-piece burnished aluminum housing, this cutter is easy to clean and highly durable.

 

For operator safety, the bowl cover interlock prevents operation unless the cover is secured, and the removable knife assembly allows for safe and easy cleaning.
