This complete seasoning blend is formulated to deliver the classic pepperoni profile—rich red color, balanced spice, subtle smoke, and a firm, sliceable texture. Designed for consistent curing and flavor development, it helps produce a uniform emulsion with dependable results from batch to batch.

 

With curing salt packed separately for precise control, this unit supports accurate formulation while delivering the signature taste customers expect in traditional pepperoni.
